- the goods are damaged during transportation (in this case, the claim must be made upon inspection of the goods, before payment, and before leaving the courier company's office, since the goods are insured and the damage is covered by the courier company, since they are insured. - the previously agreed delivery date has not been met;
3. Within 14 days after receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange them, stating valid reasons, and provided that the following conditions are met:
Preserved good commercial appearance, fully preserved packaging - unscratched, no signs of use, no changes to the integrity and fully functional and functioning normally.
There are no damages caused by improper use.
The goods must be accompanied by a receipt for the purchase, as well as consumables and accessories, if any were included.
4. The transportation costs for returning goods are at the expense of the customer. When exchanging goods, the transportation costs are at the expense of the customer in both directions.
5. BKTUNING is not responsible for any damage caused as a result of the use of the items offered by us, as all of them require installation by a specialized service center.
Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays and public holidays.
